Order Processing
If within the delivery area, shipping arrangements will be made within an average of 5 days after payment is confirmed.
For customers outside the delivery area, it typically takes 5–10 business days to prepare your order for shipment. Shipping may be delayed depending on the timing of confirmation or order placement.
Delivery Time
To ensure secure delivery, we use shipping methods with tracking numbers.
In general, orders arrive within 5–7 days after shipment. (However, customs procedures for export might extend to several weeks at most.)
Please note that delivery times may vary in areas affected by natural disasters or large-scale events.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods are determined by our store, and customers cannot choose them as a general rule. We also do not generally accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.
However, if you wish to request a specific delivery method, date, or time for any reason, please contact us before placing your order. Requests made after the order has been placed will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in a failure to ship or deliver your order. Once your order is in the preparation or shipping process, you cannot change the delivery address or cancel the order.
Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at our email address. (overseas-sales@advansentinel.co.jp)

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will contact you as soon as we confirm the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss caused by an incorrect shipping address. After the order has been shipped, please monitor the tracking information carefully.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via registered email. Please note that it usually takes 2–3 business days for the carrier to update this information online.
If the carrier reports a delivery failure, we will notify you by email to arrange redelivery.
If your order does not arrive, please contact us within three months. We will begin resolving the issue within one business day. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Customs and Duties
Duties may apply to imported goods and services as regulated by the laws of the destination country.
Our shop is not responsible for any taxes or duties charged on the products.
Damages During Shipping
We take utmost care in preparing shipments to ensure that the packing box is not scratched or dented. However, once the package is handed over to the carrier, there is a possibility of damage occurring during transportation due to unforeseen issues or the carrier's responsibility. Please understand that minor scratches or dents on the packing box that do not affect the product’s functionality cannot be claimed as damages.
